If you are not satisfied with a purchase or service provided by our club, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction or event date to request a refund. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.

For recurring memberships (monthly or yearly), partial refunds are typically not available unless special circumstances apply. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted prior to the renewal date.
